Barnett was fantastic! Collin came and flushed our water heater and recommended some reasonable service options. Jose came back the same day and replaced our water heater anode rod and installed a new ball valve on our main line with skill and professionalism. He also took the extra time to insulate the new section of pipe, and the work looks great. They were both friendly, efficient, and clearly take pride in their craftsmanship.

They are a delight to work with. I asked for a water heater they don't normally install (an LG) that they obtained as well as an appropriate drip pan for the nominally square water heater.
